I can't even begin to describe my gratitude to Dr. Craig and her staff. I have been afraid to go to the dentist and I have put it off way too long. Everyone in the office is excellent and welcoming. They have earned my trust.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Yes, I was completely at ease

I had a terrible experience here. They are more concerned with their bottom line than with my teeth. They pushed me hard to have expensive treatment and attempted to overcharge me even after insurance paid. I used to love this practice, but now I'll be going elsewhere.
