They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. Their office was clean. enough. I felt I spent too much time waiting for the doctor to come into the exam room and see me.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
