They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
