I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Dr Ford went the extra mile to find a solution to my son's front tooth that had a yellow strip across it that other dentists said would never go away. He actually removed it!! My son smiles so much more now!!
