Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

I am 100% satisfied with Dr. Rowe and his staff. They have definately been extremely informative every time I have gone to an appointment. They make every effort to ensure I am comfortable. I feel that the front desk staff is extremely helpful whether it is scheduling an appointment, confirming appointments, checking insurance benefits and making finacial arrangements. Over the past 5 years of being a patient I have gotten to know Melissa who is now the office manager quite well. She has always been extremely helpful and quite knowledgeable of the field she works in. I feel very confident with Dr. Rowe and his staff. I know that I am in good hands and I trust him completely. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist, however, Dr. Rowe is the first dentist I have been to where I did not feel anxious. I look forward to many more years of having Dr. Rowe and his staff take care of my dental needs!

I have had dentures for several years and I felt restricted in my lifestyle as I was always needing to make certian my dentures were secure. I have been hindered by my dentures for many years. I was quite skeptical when I received a brouchure in the mail stating I could have a complimentary consultation, exam and xrays for mini dental implants. I wanted to know more about the mini dental implants so I called the number on the brouchure to inquire about the procedure. I was surprised when I was greeted on the phone and at how quickly I was able to get into their office to sit down with the Doctor. Still believing it was too good to be true I went to the appointment. Here I am now about 3 months after my treatment and I am a new person. I am confident now and have no hessitation eating in front of other people. Dr. Rowe completely changed my way of living and my lifestyle. I was impressed with his office, I was impressed with his staff and I was most of all impressed with the knowledge that his staff had. I feel confident that I can call Dr. Rowes office and ask a question and his staff memebers can help me!! I developed a sore spot and Dr. Rowes front office was able to get me in right away and the issue was resolved. I have nothing but good things to say. I feel that what I paid for treatment was more than fair. Dr. Rowe is great at what he does. I especially appreciated after each appointment they would call to follow up to make certain everything was going well. I feel they go the extra mile to ensure their patiets are well taken care of. I received a threatening letter from the officer manager threatening to sue me and calling me pathetic for putting my TRUE opinion of the way she acts to clients on this review site. Again..very unprofessional. She informed me that she did me a favor all those times she listened to my claims of a ridiculous illness as I have lymes dz..hope this SWEETIE never has to battle illness.

They where very friendly, professional but in the end they made it feel like I was working for them and would be setting my next appointment to pay them. It's not their fault my insurance is fair but I have to have things done as I can because my family has to eat and have a roof over their head.
