Very rude, impersonal and controlling individual. I did not bring in blood sugar levels which is all he is interested in anyway. When I explained that I was tired, he started putting me down telling me he had been working on my record until 2:30am in the morning the day of my appointment, then went to the hospital to work his rounds, coming in to work without rest and now I had the gall to tell him I was tired. When I asked him to stop putting me down, he continued to get louder raising his voice and telling me that I was doing was making excuses and I was becoming a problem. He described himself as being very strict. I would describe as being overbearing and do not respond well to his presentation or interrogations. He is very unprofessional in his demeanor. When I said that maybe I should look for someone else, he discharged me on the spot. He misdiagnosed me with liver problems and never apologized stating only that he had the results from a lab test, does not understand cardiac problems and is extremely rude and controlling. All he wants to do is read from his laptop and tell you what to do, and don't think that he wants to hear anything from you...your input is strictly discouraged.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they do need an automatic handicap entrance door. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there, and several now use Dr. Mall as their primary. I was able to relax during my appointment here. It's not the Taj Mahal, but very clean and functional. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
