They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I wanted an explanation for what I did, but was given options to what I should do.

I called for a new patient appointment. Danielle is very nice and answers questions that are asked. I wanted an appointment with a women. The only Dr. that has immediate openings is Dr. Patel. I am worried but am willing to chance it seeing I need HELP yesterday. She said I could not change doctors after picking. I can not understand that seeing they are all working in the same office and my condition does not get treated correctly with ennie minnie minie.... So I will keep this updated on how he treats me and cares for me seeing I am paying cash 150.00.

Front desk personnel are quite rude and like to talk out loud about personal problems and other patients matters. Can you say HIPPA violation? Getting authorization for prescription refills is a nightmare ! Upon first visit with no insurance, I was told they do not accept cash. After finally securing a policy, they reversed themselves with "No one here would have said that". A visit with Dr.Ashok Patel takes about 3 minutes. I am not even sure he reads the progress reports.
