I really like this office and the nurses and my son's pediatrician. However, we typically have a very long wait, which can be frustrating with an infant. It's not unusual to be waiting up to 45 minutes in the exam room. This is pretty unacceptable in a normal doctor's office, much less when you have a kid who has to nap every 2 hours and eat every 3. We haven't switched because we love his doctor, but if this continues, we might have to.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
