I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
