They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Dr. Shah is arrogant and condescending. Doesn't listen to anyone but himself. Can be combataive. Huge ego, major jerk.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
