Fortunately, this doctor is no longer in private practice. She was oddly disconnected from me emotionally. On the flip side, I heard that she's now at the VA, foisting her lack of psychiatric skills on unsuspecting veterans.

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Needs more training in pharmacology, especially side effects of meds, also for depression needs to understand that anemia, low thyroid, and many other things can affect the mood not just write a prescription and that's it, more accountability. Poor listening skills
