They do not get better than Dr Edson. He has empathy and insight along with the knowledge that allows those characteristics to be a true gift.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were always very considerate and professional. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Dr. Edson is a wonderful Doctor. The best psychiatrist I have ever had but there have been times that I have thought about switching Doctors and that is not because of him but is due to his office staff. This has to be hands down the worst office staff I have ever seen in a Doctor's office. They are rude, will ignore patients, many times I have been over or under billed due to lack of attention. I have tried to make simple calls to the office and most of the time need to call ten to twelve times to just get them to answer the phone. It is extremely frustrating as Doctor Edson is fantastic but even trying to make an appointment over the phone can take hours because of this staff. They will often go to lunch and forget to take the answering service (absolutely no help unless it is an emergency) off for an hour so you can't get through to the office at all. If you are willing to deal with the constant headaches from dealing with his staff then again he is a fantastic, understanding psychiatrist who is willing to help you with your treatment program as well as listen to your input about how you would like things to go.

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Dr Edson paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. h
One member of his staff is rude..however over the appts, I have just decided that is HER Problem.
I am always satisfied with my visit. I am a mental health professional myself, and Dr Edson respects my knowledge and self awareness.
He listens as is willing to try new things. PATIENT focused.
