great doctor, short and rude staff. There is one individual working at the front and answering phones who has no business being in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Another that is always very helpful but you never know which you will get. My appt ran very late and the apology/explanation, non existent. It's a shame because he is a wonderful doctor.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was diappointed in how long the wait was and the time i was actually in the appt. BUT he is a wonderful doctor and i am please with the results of my care. He certainly did exceed expectations.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
