I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Brand new office on the campus of USF, exceptionally clean, easy parking, handicap accesible. Appointments are months off if you are a new patient. If you are a existing patient you stil may wait weeks to get in even with something as serious as a GI Bleed. The staff is nice and have always been pleasant to me. You see a MD that is stufying to be a gastro Dr and then you see Dr. Mamel. I liked the student more than Dr Mamel. He needs to retire. I have a complicated case and he does not seem interested in doing anything to help me. He is described as head of nutritional therapies yet he has not even attempted to help me with my malabsorption or issues of GERD. I am not a 5 minute patient and so he wants you in and out does not want to spend time with you. Wish I could find someone else that cared. Beginning to think none of them care anymore you are seen as a dollar sign and the more they can see in a day the more they can make. Quality of care is gone If you have a choice go somewhere else. Until they hire some young energetic new GI DR's USF is horrible. I am waiting for this to happen because I like the USF medical group.
