I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I had a 9:00am appointment and had to wait in the waiting room for almost 2 hours! I then had to wait an additional 20 minutes in the exam room to see the doctor.

I did experience some pain that I felt should have been avoided, they had to draw blood for some lab work and the tech was new and blamed my vein for rolling. She tried 2 other times to draw blood. I was really upset by then.

It's been two weeks and I've tried calling their offices 4 times for my lab results and have yet to hear back from them, when they reassured me twice I'd be called back with my results.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number.

I'll find another provider.

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
