The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.

I have never been treated so poorly in my 37 years of seeing a doctor. The staff was rude, I waited over and hour each time I went and was told to come back to see the doctor after they would only have a PA see me the first time. I then asked to get a copy of my file, as I obviously need to go to another doctor and they told me it would cost $1 a page for that. I recommend not seeing this doctor or going to Bay Area Physicians.
