I need to add my name to the list of horrible experiences. In the middle of a periodontal maintenance cleaning my girlfriend’s teeth, the hygienist stopped and left the room. She had run out of time and went to another patient. Someone else came in to finish. I asked him if he was a certified hygienist. He said no, he was just a dental assistant, and not a trained hygienist. I told him that was not satisfactory and we wanted someone who was a licensed hygienist to finish the cleaning.

Shortly thereafter the "Office Manager", Camille, with a personality that was incredibly rude, came into the room. She demanded a form be signed for an expensive deep cleaning. If we didn't sign the form, nothing was going to happen. And insisted that the "assistant” unlicensed as a hygienist would finish the cleaning.

I've never seen anything like this in a dentist office before! We got up and left, with the cleaning unfinished!

They have the worst office manager ever. She will not give you a refund or a credit and will not admit to their mistakes or stand by their services and products. Strongly suggest never going there..never!
