The Dentist and staff were very professional and I believe the take a great deal of pride in there work. The Office staff should have training in what customer service is really about!

My dentist, Dr. Sham (?) was the most efficient, caring dentist I have ever had. He explained everything to me without me even asking.

have been going here for about 2 years now along with my husband. I just spent 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting to be seen FOR THE 2nd TIME. I had an 11:00 appointment for a cleaning and finally walked out at 12:15. They lost my current information and I had to fill out the huge clipboard of paperwork again. The last time I waited 2 hours and had to leave without having my teeth polished because I had to get my kids from school- also for a cleaning. They billed my husband incorrectly by about $200 on his last visit and sent me a bill for $150 for the last (2 hour) cleaning I had because they billed the wrong insurance, even though I actually made a special trip to drop off the correct card. Then when I called regarding the bill, I was placed on hold for 6 minutes. I hung up, called back and told the man who answered the 2nd time that I just called and nobody came to the phone. He very rudly informed me that he was with another patient when I called the first time. He was obviously annoyed that I had mentioned my wait time, even though I was very calm and polite about it. I would NOT recommend this office. The dentist is very good and nice (but do really want to wait 2 hours to find out?) but the office is a nightmare. Lost paperwork, incorrect billing, bad scheduling, rude employees. I am never going back there. It's been 2 years, the experience is consistanly bad. Go somewhere that isn't like visiting an international airport.

Pros: DDS is nice

Cons: Unless you have 2 hours to wait, you will never meet her.
