Dr. Ritter is great. The practice is terrible. It cleary shows that they do not value their patients. They won't go out of their way to do anything for you. Cold, rigid, and insensitive. Policies definately value $$$ over patient care. After having several horrible experiences with Contemporary Women's Care in the past. I thought I'd found a good one in Dr. Ritter's practice. But my most recent experience with them showed me that the practice is same every where. The only difference being Dr. Ritter's bedside manner. I was made to feel that my health didn't matter, only what I could pay. Save yourself the headache.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
