It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.

Was told I needed a deep cleaning that my insurance didn't cover and would have to pay an additional $500 out of pocket. And that was just the beginning of the charges my insurance didn't cover. I had to leave because I couldn't afford it.
I came early, like their website suggested, but sat and read a magazine for 10 minutes while the dentist sat at the reception desk and talked on the phone. Then, at 9am when my appointment was scheduled, he handed me the forms to fill out. After filling out the forms I waited about 10 minutes more while he read the forms. I thought that was very unprofessional and rude.

St. Catherine's Denist is the worst dentist place I have been to. They rip you off. First, it took 2 hours for them to take my information and to take my x-rays. After 2 hours and after seeing what they wanted to charge me I got up and left. They charged me $40 just to see a "case presentation." To what they wanted to charge me they charged me $40. Ridiculous! They took a full set of x-rays on me and my fiance & then come to find out my fiance's insurance doesn't cover a full set, so now we are stuck with the bill. Seems like they should have called the insurance to be sure it would be covered. I am totally disappointed with the service and will never go back. I am going to look into reporting them to the BBB. I would not recommend this place...BEWARE!

Dr. Dinh and her husband , Dr. Loc are the best dentists I have never seen . They are really nice to their patients and has good services . Before I had HMO insurance and dont know that was a bad insurance , they are not covered for my treatment alot. I had to pay all my treatment by my own money and at that time , I was a poor student. Dr. Dinh and Dr. Loc understanded my problem and sometime , they gave me free treatment( just sometime like regular cleaning ..) Then, I changed from HMO to PPO insurance which called Aetna PPO insurance(ins). PPO is really good ins, they covered alot , siince I have PPO , I don't pay as much as like before , I only pay for my deductible, but it seems like Dr. Dinh and Dr. Loc dont charge my deductible , they gave me for free also . They are the best dentist that I still following them until now. It has been for 15 years already. If someone is now looking for a good dentist , high recomended .... Dr. Dinh and her husband Dr. Loc is the best one...!
