They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Never, they are very reliable.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
