Office closed without notice. Scheduled appointments not cancelled. Office is empty - all patient files gone. Major concern: Location of patient files - confidentially of personal information. I have informed the Board of Dentistry.

He had been the best until now. The office he was practicing in has been emptied. No forwarding address or phone numbers. Left his clients in the lurch with no dentist. Some still had appointments and found out the hard way that he has skipped out leaving us all standing there. You know how difficult it was to trust a dentist finally and this happens. We were not new clients, we have been with him for 15 years. BAD BUSINESS AND I WOULDN"T RECOMMEND HIM TO NOBODY!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Price for over 25 years. He is a great dentist and one whom I have complete trust for all of my dental requirements. The staff is very professional and they will always be honest regarding what one needs to do for better dental health. Thank you Dr. Price for all of the years of keeping my teeth healthy!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They made me feel more then welcome I was satisfied with my visit. I have given there number to a few friends since They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Staff was too busy talking about their personal lives to be attentive to patient care. They laughed at my frustrations and concerns with the long wait in their office. I would not return. Nor would I recommend them to anyone.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Just to clarify an earlier review, this office is definitely not dirty! It's in Orangevale, which means most of the construction is not new. The building has been around for several years, but even though it's older, everything in this dr's office was completely clean and sanitary. If it's possible to make a dental visit enjoyable, this is the place! Thank you, Dr Price and staff!

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
