Everything was explained in detail. All my questions were answered and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment for getting rid of my kidney stone that required the least amount of down time. The staff was nice and attentive. They took care of everything; all I had to do was show up for surgery the next morning. They even faxed a work excuse letter to my employer so I wouldn’t get penalized for missing work. Peace of mind, great service, and the kidney stone was taken out without any complications.

I went to Dr. Landrigan for a vasectomy. The procedure took about 30 minutes and was done in the office. He used a no scalpel approach which slashes the recovery time down to a week, and the suture scar is small, maybe a few millimeters. The procedure itself didn’t hurt, except for when the anesthetic was injected. I drove myself home and basically I couldn’t do any heavy lifting. Had it done on Thurs and went to work on Monday. I have 3 kids and don’t want anymore, so when my wife said she wanted to get off the pill I started looking for a urologist. Dr. Landrigan is a nice guy and very professional. His office staff knew how much my insurance would cover and what my coinsurance would be. Yes, I would recommend this doctor.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. When I first scheduled my visit they told me they accepted my insurance- after performing several procedures at Brandon Regional Hospital- they called me and told me "oops, I looks like we forgot to renew our contract with your insurance provider back in January so you will need to pay the difference". After several expensive tests, I finally had a CT done which determined I had kidney stones. Curious that the least expensive and least invasive procedure was conducted last. Probably because it was outsourced and he isnt able to bill for that one. Yea- after a month of pain and unanswered questions and phone calls not returned I'm pretty upset.
