Dr. Seckler is the finest cardiologist in my opinion in his field.
I have been going to him more than 10 years. He takes his time, answers all my questions, and his bedside manner is impeccable.
I have recommended him to several friends, and they all agree.

Dr Seckler is the best cardiologist I have ever been to and highly recommend him. However, it is almost impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Also, there have been several times that after waiting several months for my appointment, the appointment gets cancelled by his staff for different reasons. It appears that the receptionist is always booking the appointments with his Physician assistants instead of Dr. Seckler. I find it quite upsetting that I can't get to see a doctor that I have sooo much faith in.

My husband is having back surgery and was referred to Dr Seckler for medical clearance. I went in to the office personally to schedule his appointment. I was told by the girl at the desk that if he was not a patient of Dr Seckler that they could not schedule an appointment I explained that he was scheduled for back surgery and he was referred here for medical clearance as is required to be done by a Board Certified Cardiologist. Scheduling an appointment was still not possible. I then contacted his surgeons office to provide that update. They then faxed the medical clearance form directly to his office. I called the next day to be sure they had received the form and to schedule the appointment. I was told that there was no form faxed over. I again tried to schedule an appointment. They then told me that as he is a new patient they would not have had a place to file the medical clearance form and it would have been thrown out! I again called his surgeon - they physically walked the form to their office and handed it to the woman at the desk. Again I tried the next day to schedule an appointment. With the same result - they had no idea where that medical clearance form was - they did say they were a bit embarrassed by this! I called back his surgeon's office - they called Dr Seckler's office and told them they would be right over to again hand deliver the form and would be scheduling an appointment with the Dr. This was done and finally he had his appointment. I can tell you - this would be the last office I would be going to if my husband had any heart issues - but as this office visit is a requirement for his surgical procedure we will use Dr Seckler for the medical clearance required. I truly hope they can follow through appropriately with the needed paperwork for our surgeon to be able to perform his back surgery! Oh by the way I called the office to be sure that they still knew he was coming in (tomorrow) and confirmed his appointment with Dr Seckler - they told me it was with the nurse practitioner - I explained this for medical clearance for surgery - she said oh Dr Seckler signs the form but my husband would not be seeing him personally. Yikes! Not feeling at all confident with this office!

Dr Seckler does not have the time to speak with you. after all the test you will be meeting anurse to speak about the results... what a joke

Dr. Secklar and his office staff have the very worst patient care I have ever come across. They do not return phone calls. They do not call you with blood and test results. Dr. Secklar's practice is NOT to call his patients back directly, instead, he has his PA or his nurse call back, if at all. Even when scheduling a follow up appointment you don't always see him, but rather his PA or some other assistant and they go into whatever room he is in at the moment and tell him what they have seen and what you have said. I am leaving his practice and strongly suggest others do the same.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
