I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. The front desk had no one attending it. I waited and then I saw that I needed to go to the next area to register my name. The office is always overcrowded and the employees are not very friendly. There is definitely lots of room for improvement. I asked an employee who did a preliminary exam to see if I could have a very light dilaiton since I lived in Boynton. The doctor said he did not even need to dilate my eyes. I go there because my co-pay is low but I think I will be looking for another group to go to.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
