It's hard to reach them on the phone, sometimes you get a busy signal repeatedly, especially about 15 minutes before lunch or before the end of the day. It might be me, but if a business is open until 5pm, then I expect to be able to call at 4:55pm and get someone on the phone. This is not a one time occurrence. Getting prescriptions refilled can be a nightmare, even if you call 2-3 days ahead, it can take 5 days before the prescription is called in to your pharmacy. The office staff runs hot and cold. One day everyone is really nice and helpful, the next they treat you as if you're bothering them. There's one nurse who I never allow to take my blood, she shouldn't be allowed to take anyone's blood and I've told the Doctor this, she is awful at taking blood. Appointments are usually OK, I've never waited in the waiting room for longer than 15 minutes, but I try my best to get the first appointment in the morning or the first immediately after lunch. The office is old and outdated and needs a major cleaning and overhaul. The Doctor does spend time to talk to you, which is good. I don't like that I have to come back repeatedly, after each test to get my results and each time pay another $35. Why not give me all of my required tests ahead of time, I'll get them done and then come in at one time to get the results and it's all covered under my insurance? All in all, they're OK, but they're not over the top wonderful and could use a lesson in better customer relations.
