Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They have a business running in the office it seems because they have propoganda all over their walls and private company products in plain sight. The staff is not very hospitable at all and the office itself looks like a 3rd world pratice.

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
