Dr. Mangrola is amazing. I have been seeing him over the past 4-5 years or so for various reasons and he knew and remembered what my struggles were each time and does genuinely care and never gives up on his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains the decisions and options he is oresenting, and as someone else mentioned, runs an office that is amazingly personable and receptive. Mary is just as knowledgeable at what she does and the communication between Dr. Mangrola and Mary is so consistent and constantly up-to-date that I know I won’t have to rack up cancellation, missed appointment fees, etc., because I’m always seen right on-time and leave as soon as we both feel comfortable knowing that all of my prescription questions or changes have been discussed. Again, thank you Dr. Mangrola and Mary!

Dr Mangrola is one of the few physicians I've ever met that truly cares about his patients wellbeing. He has always spent enough time with me. Mary runs that place like a Nigerian running marathon. Together they make a great team that efficiently satisfies their clients. I've referred several people there and highly recommend Dr Mangrola!

I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment, but they didn’t do that here at all. I was able to take as much time as I needed. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always go out of their way to make me feel encouraged and cared for. I always feel completely comfortable and I look forward to my appointments. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
