Surgical coordinator canceled my surgery with no apparent reason. I jumped through hoops to get my surgery for a deviated septum completed and approved before the end of the year and thought I had a surgery date right before the end of the year. Dealing with the surgical coordinator has been difficult to say the least. She told me that Dr Schwartz wasn’t approved by my insurance prior to them reviewing the claim and tried to switch my provider at the last minute. Then she proceeded to cancel my surgery when I asked her not to because I knew I had coverage for this and that Dr. Schwartz was an approved provider. My insurance did approve the surgery with Dr. Schwartz but Nancy had already canceled my surgery which was not communicated to me until I showed up for my preop appointment. Seems to me it’s a scheduling issue on their end, I wouldn’t be so frustrated had they just said what the actual issue on their end was instead of getting all preop requirements completed only to be told everything was canceled preemptively. I do not recommend this Office if you need a surgery, seems extremely shady

In May I decided to go ahead and have a rhinoplasty with Dr. Schwartz after lots of research and finding him to be one of the best. As soon as we were done with the initial consultation I felt so confident I canceled all of my other consultations. I hated the way the profile of my nose looked, but I wanted natural results. He explained everything really well, the office staff was terrific and I knew exactly what to expect from start to finish. Outstanding staff! Everyone is so professional, Dr. Schwartz is truly excellent. There was apparently some complications that arose during surgery and he spent extra time with me, reassured me afterward and was truly a comfort through the entire process.

A week ago my daughter had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Schwartz. I'm a nurse in the operating room where he does surgery, so I see first hand how much he is truly an artist. My daughter has had issues for several years about the size of her nose and how it looked. She is a minor, but I saw week after week how great Dr. Schwartz was at this procedure and we decided to have it done. She was so calm and well prepared thanks to Dr. Schwartz guiding us every step of the way. She's only a week out and recovery has been very smooth. Any questions we have or anything we need is given right away by Dr. Schwartz and his staff. We are so happy we chose Dr. Schwartz. My daughter is already thrilled with the results just a week after surgery and we can't wait to see the final results. He is truly an artist.

Dr. Schwartz performed my rhinoplasty in May and I could not be more thrilled with the results. I wanted my nose more refined and I really liked the pictures I saw on Dr. Schwartz website so I decided to go straight to him. I felt very prepared for surgery. The pain wasn't bad, it was mostly swelling and the doctor and staff both prepared me fully for the process so there were no surprises. The results are beyond what I expected! The staff was also so kind and caring. I am a very nervous patient and they never made me feel like a burden, they were always at my side. I feel like no one can even tell I've had a rhinoplasty. Dr. Schwartz has such a precise eye and he listens. He really understands people's face shapes and he really understood what I wanted. Overall he is the only surgeon I would ever go to.

Dr. Michael Schwartz performed my rhinoplasty on November 18, 2018. I’ve been wanting a rhinoplasty for the longest time, so I did a google search for cosmetic surgeons in West Palm Beach and surrounding areas. I had consulted with one other doctor on a recommendation, and I was not impressed, and with that comparison I chose Dr. Schwartz for his experience and results. He exceeded my expectations. Many that know me from before comment on how natural my nose looks. There was very minor swelling for the first few days and no pain, and Dr. Schwartz was very interpersonal and friendly, and not only ensured his job was done well but ensured my satisfaction and comfort. I definitely recommend him and this procedure, and I only wish I had gotten this done 10 years ago.

I first heard about Dr. Schwartz around two years ago when I accompanied my friend to her appointment in his office. My friend had given me this 25$ off Botox gift with Dr. Schwartz, so I went to see him for it. I then had an eyelid lift a year later with him. He has always made me feel comfortable about what I was doing and I've always liked his demeanor and professionalism, which is why I trusted him enough to undergo a facelift with him, two weeks ago actually. The results in one word - lovely. You can see the before-and-after effect, a 20-year difference! Anybody interested in this procedure should really have a consultation with Dr. Schwartz.

Before I had gone to see Dr. Schwartz in late 2013, I was having problems with my nose. I felt like my nose didn't fit my face, somehow. I had consulted with other doctors until I met Dr. Schwartz. He let me know that he specialized in facial procedures, which I really liked. He explained the process thoroughly and gave me reassurance that the other doctors didn't. Through imaging, he even showed me how I was going to look after having a rhinoplasty done.


The recovery went as expected with some swelling. But the results speak for themselves, and I am just so happy with how I look now. The staff was amazing, and all my follow-up appointments have gone great. Though I've already recommended him to my friends, I really suggest anyone looking for a specialist to go with Dr. Schwartz

Dr. Schwartz did my revision rhinoplasty on May 28th. My initial rhinoplasty with a previous doctor didn't turn out as expected, so I looked for a specialist that can help. I came across Dr. Schwartz' website through a search and reading his online reviews. Seeing his before-and-after pictures was all I needed to schedule a consultation. Unlike other doctors, he showed me how my nose would look after the procedure using imaging.

Dr. Schwartz is very knowledgeable, experienced, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. His staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Dr. Schwartz fulfilled my expectations and I would definitely recommend his expertise to anyone.

I was very insecure about my nose. I heard great things about Dr. Michael Schwartz, so I made an appointment to see if he could help me. My mom and I went together to my appointment because I'm 17. Dr. Schwartz was very friendly and I really appreciated how he spoke directly to me and not just to my mom. He explained how a rhinoplasty could help me look and feel much better. We felt comfortable with Dr. Schwartz and trusted his opinion, so we decided I should have the procedure.

My procedure about three weeks ago and I'm already super happy with my new nose. My recovery has gone really well because Dr. Schwartz did a great job preparing me for everything. I've been to two follow-up appointments and Dr. Schwartz has said I'm healing really well. I've already gotten a bunch of compliments about my new nose. I can't wait till the swelling goes down and people see my final result!

Dr. Schwartz performed my rhinoplasty on April 20th, 2019. I heard about Dr. Schwartz through a friend's recommendation. Her experience and results were excellent. I had appointments with other doctors but decided to have Dr. Schwartz perform my procedure because I felt comfortable with him. He was very honest and I could tell he really wanted to give me the result I wanted.

I was a little nervous before my procedure, but Dr. Schwartz's staff did an incredible job calming me down and helping me feel completely at ease. My follow-up experience has been great. Dr. Schwartz has always let me know what to expect, so there haven't been any surprises. I feel like everything about my procedure and results has met my expectations. Dr. Schwartz is an excellent surgeon whom I strongly recommend to patients considering rhinoplasty.
