Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous.
