I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

Though we never got a chance to meet personally, I am very impressed that Dr. Simanian took the time to contact me personally when she heard that her staff at the Sepulveda office had acted unkind and unprofessionally. This speaks to her high level of ethics and care. She wants only the best for her clients and promises that her staff will be more customer service oriented in the future.
