They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
