After waiting for blood pressure and thyroid medicine refill authorizations, finally I got a call from his secretary arguing with me that she had called me with times, dates that simply don't exist on my iPhone. Her attitude was so arrogant and unprofessional, I told her I'd find a new doctor--besides, he is the epitome of mediocrity. All he does is blood pressure; he send everyone out to others when he should be competent at the basics. There are so many better docs in town and I'm going to one of them.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No. It took me several times to get through.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
