This laser worked! Dr, Grau is very caring. Nora is also wonderful.My appointment was actually on time! I think that is a first for doctors everywhere! I had better results from 2 treatments than I did with 7 elsewhere, Don't waste time with inferior lasers. .

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The doctor was extremely friendly and really strived to make me feel comfortable. I was definitely pleased with their bedside manner. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've stayed open past their closing times when I've needed help. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
