I went to his clinic for an appointment and was sent to the lab in order to do a blood exam. I was charged for the full exam because the person who filled the form did not mention the diagnosis code of my blood work. I called the office in order to get the matter resolved and the office manager said she would take care of it. In the end they did not call the lab and when I called on the second time the doctor's office person said she was going to hang up the call and that they were not responsible for anything. Poor customer service!!! I definitely do not recommend!!

He has his rough edges, but he can also be very helpful.
Though not very kind to those without coverage. A relative lost his coverage because of an address change. He is still trying to get it back, a year later. In the meantime, the out of pocket costs are absurd.
Bahrami could assist; there are ways..He doesn't and what's more adds fees if a family member steps in to help using a debit or credit card. It's like a cash only setting. That's ridiculous in this day and age.

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
Does this provider treat their staff well?
No, the staff was very mistreated

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Absolutely not, the office was disgusting
Does this provider treat every client equally?
Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients
