They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
