I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I have already given them multiple good recommendations to my loved ones. If anyone was in need of a gastroenterologist, I would totally direct them here.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
