They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. If you want the best orthodontist in the area than look no further. I have already told all my friends and family about my wonderful experience I had here.The office was very easy to locate, it had a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I finished treatment there and have no regret and people constantly comment on what a wonderful smile I have. Thanks to Dr. Chang and his team!

I felt like my needs were only half met. I came in with crowded teeth. They straightened my teeth, but left me with an overbite. Dr. Chang's response to fix the overbite is to get a new set of braces and of course there's the very expensive cost. I am not happy. Don't be fooled by the million dollar office. The staff was friendly and professional, but the quality of work is substandard.
