They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. . The Medical Records release only one time, charges for medicals records $35.00, not service by mail or fax, you must pickup them in his office by appointment.
