I was so impressed by their office equipment. Everything was state-of-the-art and so sophisticated! During my appointment, they thoroughly went over all of my questions, and I definitely felt a lot more knowledgeable afterwards. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. One thing that I appreciated about this office was their waiting room. The chairs were nice-very comfortable.

Do not see this doctor! Their staff is very unprofessional and schedule appointments when the doctor is not even there. I have never had such terrible experience in a doctor's office before; i do NOT highly recommend.
