DONT USE THIS HORRIBLE DENTIST!!! The bonding on one of my teeth came off so I went to them to get it fixed. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes then was taking in the back and put in a chair. They left me sitting there for another 2 hours. Finally after I had been there 2.5 hours past my appointment time, I was seem by the dentist. He barely glance at my tooth and then told me I needed a crown. Which I know for sure I did not. I told him I didnt want a crown but bonding on my teeth instead. He said he would have to charge me the same for bonding as a crown, so I might as well get the crown. They should never be the same price!!! He was trying to get me to do unneccessary work. When I refused the crown and asked for the bonding, even if it was the same price. He then came back to say He will not do it. I have no idea why. He then sent the office manage over to ask me to leave since I would do the crown. I was confused and could not fiqure out why. They were so completely rude to me it was unbelieveable. I stated I really needed my tooth fix and why did I have to leave. She said leave now or I will call security on you. All I wanted was my teeth rebonded. What kind of dentist kicks you out of their office because you dont want or need a crown. I can not believe how poorly I have been treated by this dentist and staff. It is really hard to believe they are still in business. Do yourself a favor and dont use this mean, rude and completely unprofessional company. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were.

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.
