I will not be recommending this pediatrician to any of our friends. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I would not recommend Dr.Eisenberg as a pediatrician to any of my family or friends. When you walk in the door and sign in they are already trying to collect money from you the Doctors and the staff look at you like a money sign and do not look at you as a patient. At first I thought maybe its just me, but after talking to several other parents it was clear to me that this is the way that they treat all their patients. Another thing that you will notice while waiting for about 1 to 2 hours in an exam room is that you will hear Dr.Eisenberg always fighting with some of the employees. They do not keep these issue among themselves it is so loud that you hear them throughout the whole office blaming each other on who treats who badly there. They all treat each badly and it starts with the doctor treating his employees badly. I think that this is the main reason that the front desk and the other staff provide such horrible service. I wish that I could of had a different experience because they have the tools that they need to be such a successful office. I am now currently seeing Dr.Salinas which is wonderful and I would definitely recommend her. She is not a holistic pediatrician but from what she has told me she at one time did work with Dr.Eisenberg and was able to learn somethings about being holistic and taking a different approach on treating a child.

Dr. Eisenberg is not only an excellent doctor but also one that takes the time to listen to you. He is never in a hurry. I love the fact that he is also a homeopathic doctor that only prescribes antibiotics when there is an extreme necessity. My daughter adores him! She hugs him when she sees him, and she never did that with her previous one! Great staff as well, Nicole and Angela are the receptionists who always greed you with a smile and the nurses, Tasha & Yvonne are great with kids! Simply the best place you could take your kids to!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

AIthough someone else came on this website to give miami beach pediatrics a bad review I want to let everyone know that this is in untrue you will be pleased with the service miami beach pediatrics provides. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Dr.Eisenberg is the best doctor in all of South Florida. His staff is very professional and courteous. My 4 children are patients of his office. When I am there for an appointment the staff is very loving and caring of my children along with the doctor being loving and caring as well. Dr.Eisenberg has a Natural Approach to treating his patients which I think is excellent! I have never been to a better office for my children.

Although I was drawn to the more natural approach of this office, I was completely shocked at the lack of professionalism, responsibility, notification of issues to the parents, keeping track of crucial testing that needs to be done in the first couple months of a baby's life, and general lack of caring at this office. They ALL pass the buck, including the doctors. So they all blame each other, but no one actually says yes, I made a mistake, and this is how I'm going to correct it. They actually forgot to send in the state-mandated test that has ONE lab in Jacksonville, and is actually already labeled for mailing. So this means that they took blood from my baby, forgot to send the test in on time, didn't tell me for weeks, and then after a few holds on the phone told me that they sent it to the wrong lab. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! COMPLETE lack of professionalism. Good luck getting them to submit your first office visits to your insurance, you have to pay out of pocket until your insurance has fully added your baby to your file. The worst part is, they make you wait FOREVER to see the doctor for just a couple minutes. The whole thing happens in a whirlwind, that sometimes you forget to ask him questions, and he's already gone.
Maybe if the doctors here actually focused on giving great care to newborns and children, they wouldn't double, triple, quadruple book their time and make NEWBORNS wait 2 hours in a freezing cold office to be seen for a couple minutes. This happened every time, sometimes it was an hour, and sometimes it was 2.
