They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
