I received service here over a year agao and the office is still harrassing me for a 10$ co-pay I paid the day of my visit. It seems to be some sort of Vendeta because I wrote a zocdoc review explaining all of the concerns I had with the office during my visit. Office staff are very rude and unhelpful. I had to wait an extremely long time for service and the lady who took routine blood work popped the end of her glove with her teeth to feel for my vein before sticking me ( gross and disturbing) . If you can, STAY CLEAR of this office. I was very disappointed with the service.

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I'd stay clear if I were you. I wouldn't recommend them ever after my experience there. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

The staff was very unprofessional laughing loud and the wait time was ridiculous. When you finally see the doctor is a 5 minutes visit after 2 hours wait, the doctor did not take care of my problem, and offered my pain killers instead and said "honey if you have more questions you have to reschedule another visit extended visit so I could get paid more by your insurance;Today you are only paying me for an emergency visit."

Recently, I discovered that I'm pregnant with my first child. I was referred to Dr. Green's by a friend who had high regards for her practice. I was impressed by the practice's website and excited about being a prospective patient. I called to make a consultation appointment and after answering a few questions, was told to give the doctors 24 hours to make a decision about their plan of care for me. Later the same day I happened to have my blood pressure checked and discovered that it was considered high--I don't have a history of hypertension. I was referred to the ER and Dr. Green's office was also notified. Later, personnel from Dr. Green's office stated that the doctors needed medical records from all visits I've had since I discovered that my pregnancy; they needed this information to include in their review process. The whole time I'm thinking that this review process was to determine when to make my initial prenatal appointment and to determine which of the doctors at the practice would be best suited for me. I brought the paperwork the next day and was unpleasantly greeted at the front desk upon mentioning that I was submitting the paperwork due to a problem with my blood pressure. I was told that they don't see high risk pregnancies and that was why my case was being reviewed for whether they would take me as a patient. That is understandable, however, I should've been told that up front before I went through the trouble of gathering documentation and wasting time. Furthermore, I feel that the staff was very insensitive in the way that I was spoken to. I am a Public Health Epidemiologist and I have worked hard to stay as healthy as possible and it is disheartening to me that my pregnancy may be considered high risk. Their sheer lack of compassion in their communications with me was enough reason that I don't even want to continue through their review process. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values compassion and excellent client service from all points of contact.
