Dr. Cao & his staff are very honest, affordable, friendly, very experience and professional. This orthodontics office is very clean & has all the up to date Ortho equipment & technology. Dr. Cao & his staff truly cares for their patients. The wonderful thing about this Ortho office is that Dr. Cao is available in any case of emergency if needed. Hey, my two children & now including me have all gotten our braces here and that’s an excellent indication in my book!!!! No compliant here!

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Every question I had was answered thoroughly
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
