I have attached the papers I was given (I had to ask for receipts) as well as all the other patients chart numbers and payments.
I sure hope my information is not given out this carelessly!!!
I was shocked when I saw the
"Staff Memo" laying up on the check out counter....

here are your numbers (maybe budget) for the month $33,000
you have used "X Amount" so far
at this rate you will be over by $900 at the end of the month.

then it went on to say....
You have 15 cases for the month
you have 7 started ...
and so many open....

at this rate you will be under by 9 at the end of the month....

The lack of direction was disturbing. I probable talked to a total of Eight people. All were sociable, but everyone had to "ask someone else"
"ask someone else" had to print out papers
"someone else" had to give me papers to sign
"someone else" took us to a room
"someone else" did our x-rays (poor guy was in such a rush) the camera shook the whole time
then "someone else" took us to our room (if you can call it that, more like an open bay for working on cars)
"someone else" brought out chart
people were in and out of our bay (putting up papers or looking on the computer), and only two said hello
wait ,wait,wait,wait, wait
then "someone else" came to talk to us about the x-rays....aaah you get the point!
The Guy did not say a word about the large chip on my sons front tooth.
I told close to four people that I wanted a full check up x-rays and a cleaning for myself and my son.
What a joke..... but you guys got your Insurance check..hahaha all the way to the bank!! RIGHT???

I will NEVER EVER be back to ANY Western Dental, nor will I tell anyone to use them. I was made to feel like a NUMBER and a CHECK with all the rush,rush,rush that took so very long.
"Too many hands in the pot" if you ask me. Biggest waste of time, I got nothing accomplished.
They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Normally when I visit the dentist, I would expect to be able to tell that the dentist practiced good oral hygiene, but I definitely didn't see that here. I don't think they even brushed their teeth, it was gross.

Okay first of if I was not on medical dentical I would have never came here! I had to go the whole week before I turned 21 or I would have no insurance! I came everyday of the week an each time it to from 3 hours - 8 hours! They always have to keep numbing me 3 or more times !! Is that really necessary if you would just work on me then finish instead of jumping from patient to patient! I swear I sat for a root canal for one hour with files in my jaw! I mean wtf!! They think its okay to numb u then work on someone else for a couple of hours then come back to expect you not to feel anything then they repeat the process 3 more times !! Other then wasting half my life and not getting payed attention to I guess it's alright lmao!

They front destk staff was by far more professional than the actual Dentist, they seemed to be very uniterested in the task at hand and more concerned what the other did during the weekend or there plans for the upconing weekend. Be professional and focus on the patient, we do not want to hear about your presonal agenda. My visit they left to take personal calls on more than one occaision, i took off what they had applied on my teeth and walked out.

Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene

Yes, they were able to answer my questions
Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home?
No, I didn't receive anything at all
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me
