Their primary concern is my safety and comfort; they took the time to address my concerns and explain, in detail, the risks and benefits of my treatment options. My questions were thoroughly answered, and I felt informed about choosing a treatment plan. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Dr. Marti, Brenda and the rest of the staff have great customer service and put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
