They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I always feel like Dr Snow is taking the time for a thorough visit, not rushing thru my appointment.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
