The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

The doctor rushes through his time with patients and does not pay attention to the patient's needs. For example, I had hernia repair surgery in the past and was quite familiar with the symptoms. I brought it to Dr. Ignacio's attention - he rushed through it and told me it was nothing. I walked out of there with an unsatisfied feeling with my visit and that I was just being pushed out. I scheduled an appointment with another doctor and I was referred to a surgeon my hernia was back. The office staff is not only unprofessional but extremely disorganized and rude. After I decided to leave Dr. Ignacio Salzman, my new doctor’s office requested my records. After two months they still did not send it. I called to complain and speak with the office manager (Alba) and there was no apologies, no ownership of the situation, and she told me that “everyone at the office was too busy that I had to call my other doctor to get their fax number.” I definitely do not recommend Dr. Salzman.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
