While the doc was pleasant and did good work on the tooth, they screwed up on the billing then tried to blame (nice try though as I am an insurance agent myself and specifically asked them to submit for pre approval as I have 2 policies and they failed to do that yet told me they did, So in the end, I think he is a good doc but his staff is untrained, unorganized and unprofessional. Did not return calls, mailed me instead of calling as they promised and by the time I finally got ahold of them they had sent a tiny bill for $100 to collections. HIGHLY recommend people go else where.

No, they only examined them for a few seconds

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Yes! They bled for days!
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!
Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment?
Not at all, it felt dirtier than it did when I arrived
Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?
Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

I've had many root canals and have never been as uncomfortable or felt as much pain as when I saw this dentist. I had 2 root canals at this office and during one of the visit unbeknownst to me Dr. Browing perforated one of my teeth. This caused my jaw bone to deteriorate. I didn't find out about the deterioration until 3 years later when my dentist couldn't find out why I was having so much pain. I had to have the tooth removed and had 2 oral surgeries to replace the bone. If it hadn't taken so long to find the problem I would own this dentist office.
